Ride Guidelines 2023

• Rides are open to current PEDAL members who have paid 2023 dues and returned completed Registration & Information Release Form (on website tab - About PEDAL - PEDAL Forms)

• Visitors are allowed to cycle one (1) time with PEDAL by signing a waiver form provided by ride leader

• You MUST wear a bike helmet to participate in PEDAL rides

• Arrive at start location at least 5 minutes early.  It is the sole responsibility of the rider to be ready to leave promptly at the scheduled departure time

• Bring your own water, energy snacks, tools and hygiene supplies
