General Liability and Participant Accident Coverage
PEDAL members and guests are covered through insurance offered by the League of American Bicyclists (LAB)
through American Specialty Insurance for accidents occurring on all PEDAL rides posted in PEDAL emails.
All ride participants (members and guests) must have a current signed waiver on file.
Coverages:
Accident Medical Coverage: $10,000 per person per accident in excess of a $500 per claim deductible and
excess of any other valid and collectible insurance.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment: $5,000 per person, per accident.
